• Senior MBSE Modeler supporting the program.
• Develop and maintain MBSE models, data sources, and requirements.
• Establish workflows to feed and sustain MBSE models.
• Provide training and coaching to junior team members.
• Interface with MBSE leadership, government customers, and partners.
• Lead or participate in workshops and Agile development efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive UML/SysML modeling with CAMEO and TWC, or Rhapsody/EA.
• MBSE principles and MBSE vs traditional SE.
• DOORS Classic experience.
• DOORS/CAMEO requirements derivation, allocation, traceability.
• Contribute to Agile development environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
