Mobile Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the mobile product strategy and roadmap across iOS and Android, aligning with goals.
• Define and deliver a mobile-first experience for frontline/deskless workers.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to build fast, reliable experiences for real-world usage.
• Collaborate with vertical PMs (Healthcare) to support healthcare workflows and shift-based engagement.
• Use data, research, and customer feedback to improve the mobile experience.
• Define and track key metrics across adoption, engagement, performance, and retention.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in product management for mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Proven track record of building and scaling mobile experiences (consumer/enterprise).
• Deep understanding of mobile UX, performance, and engagement (notifications).
• Experience building products for frontline/deskless/workforces is preferred.
• Able to operate from vision to shipping features (strategic to execution).
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus.
