📋 Description

• Handle customer calls and emails to gather missing test sample info.
• Collect patient, physician, and billing details.
• Schedule mobile phlebotomy and triage technical issues.
• Communicate test status per protocol to customers.
• Support Sales with account setup, kit orders, and requisitions.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and protect patient PHI.

🎯 Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Two- or four-year degree or certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Multilingual skills are a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, LIMS, and Twilio is a plus.
• Knowledge of genetic tests performed by Natera.
