  • Lead end-to-end ASO across App Store and Google Play.
  • Test and optimize creatives, targeting, bidding, and landing experiences.
  • Identify new paid channels and growth opportunities to diversify the mix.
  • Manage large media budgets with focus on efficiency and growth targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in mobile app growth, performance marketing, or user acquisition.
  • Hands-on with Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok ads.
  • Experience with programmatic DSPs or mobile networks (ironSource, AppLovin).
  • Proven ASO experience across App Store and Google Play.
  • Experience in subscription-based or freemium apps preferred.
  • Experience with MMPs such as AppsFlyer.
