🎯 Requirements
- 1-2 years experience as Medical Technologist or equivalent in a clinical lab
- BS/BA in Medical Technology or Biological Sciences
- Current MT/MLS/CLS/MB certification preferable (ASCP/AMT/AAB)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Molecular Biology preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
