📋 Description

• Act as MLRO and Nominated Officer under Greek Law.
• Receive, assess, investigate, and escalate SARs.
• Submit STRs to FIU as required.
• Maintain independence; ensure timely regulatory reporting.
• Design and maintain AML/CFT/CPF framework and policies.
• Conduct BWRA with crypto-specific risk typologies and CDD/EDD/monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 10 to 15 years AML/CFT in regulated financial services; at least 5 as MLRO.
• Strong knowledge of Greek AML law, EU AML framework, FATF, MiCA governance.
• Practical crypto-asset AML experience.
• Experience interacting with FIU/EU authorities (HCMC preferred).
• Familiar with Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic.
• ICA CAMS or related AML qualifications preferred.
