📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end ML foundation powering the client's ad network.
• Build, deploy, and operate scalable ML pipelines in production.
• Design and iterate ML models for ad ranking and decisioning.
• Work with diverse data sources to identify and integrate signals.
• Ensure ML systems are reliable, performant, and improving.
• Bridge business KPIs with ML-driven decisioning.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building production-grade ML systems.
• Experience delivering end-to-end ML pipelines in production.
• Hands-on Python ML with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong data engineering skills.
• B.Sc / M.Sc in CS, Math, Stats, or related quantitative field.
• Strong ownership mindset; able to work independently.
