Role Overview

As a Senior Product Operations Engineer, you will own the operational excellence of Mixtiles' product team. You will design and implement scalable product processes, partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success, and build dashboards to monitor product performance. This on-site role is based in Tel-Aviv and focuses on delivering high-quality product outcomes efficiently.

Responsibilities

Define and optimize product development and release processes across the product lifecycle
Build and maintain dashboards to monitor product metrics and operational health
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, roadmaps, and launches with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Support
Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and implement scalable solutions
Ensure data quality and accurate reporting to drive data-driven decisions
Collaborate with teams on-site in Tel-Aviv to ensure successful product delivery

Qualifications

Senior level with 5+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or related roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with data analysis and enterprise tools
Excellent collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams
Ability to work on-site in Tel-Aviv
