Behind the scenes is a complex, fast-moving supply chain—and the material plan that powers it. That’s where you come in.

You’ll operate at the center of the business—supporting launches, smoothing peaks, and unlocking capacity through smarter planning.

Create and maintain a single, trusted, forward-looking plan across every material, SKU, and site—while continuously improving accuracy, flexibility, and working capital efficiency.

• Own the materials plan: forecast inputs, safety stock logic, PO timing, and inbound coordination
• Tune and refine planning logic using consumption data and statistical/ML-based forecasts
• Build and evolve the tooling—Google Sheets, NetSuite/MRP, dashboards—that power the plan
• Spot issues early and lead clear responses: PO pulls, reallocations, expedites, or supplier adjustments
• Supplier communication - Optimize MOQs, lead times, supplier terms, and inventory turnover in partnership with Procurement to enforce accurate and timely terms in a dynamic and agile environment.
• Translate launches, promos, and growth initiatives into clear planning actions
• Partner closely with the Head of Supply Chain and key functions (Ops, Finance, Fulfillment, Marketing) to keep the business moving without waste or disruption

We’re looking for someone who combines sharp analytical thinking with great execution judgment. You should be:

• A system builder – You bring structure to complexity and make it easy to scale
• A data thinker – You’re fluent in spreadsheets and logic; you trust models but don’t blindly follow them
• A supply chain translator – You can explain tradeoffs clearly across time zones and teams
• A proactive operator – You spot risks early and don’t wait for someone to ask
• A collaborative partner – You know how to sync with Procurement, Finance, Ops, and others to turn decisions into action
• Fully proficiency in English.

• At least 5 years of experience in planning in high-SKU, multi-site supply chains.
• Building planning tools in Google Sheets or Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, Apps Script/VBA)
• Working with NetSuite, MRP systems, or custom planning logic
• Exposure to S&OP and demand forecasting models
• Experience in environments where speed, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration are essential
