Head of Supply Chain, easyplant

Job Description

Mixtiles is seeking a Head of Supply Chain for the easyplant division. We’re looking for a Head Of Supply Chain who’s experienced with material and inventory planning, logistics, shipments and foster strong relationships. You will own end-to-end supply chain operations, coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery of products. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, vendor management and a collaborative approach to optimize inventory, forecast demand and improve logistics performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations for the easyplant line, including demand forecasting, material planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
• Optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times and improve cost efficiency.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, 3PLs and carriers; negotiate terms and monitor performance.
• Streamline shipping, warehousing and customs processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Build and mentor a high-performing supply chain team; partner with product, operations and finance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior supply chain roles, 5+ years in supply chain management, with solid background in material planning and inventory control.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a track record of delivering results.
• Experience with ERP systems, forecasting and analytics; data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; strategic thinker and collaborator.
