Director, Product

Mixtiles is seeking a Director, Product to lead product strategy and execution. In this role you will own the product vision for Mixtiles' consumer platform, collaborate with design, engineering, data and marketing, and drive a data-informed roadmap that improves user experience and business outcomes. You will build and mentor a high-performing product team, define success metrics, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on shipping impact at scale.

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy
• Own the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives
• Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, engineers and data scientists
• Establish metrics to measure user value and business impact
• Partner with growth, marketing, and sales to drive adoption and retention
• Mentor and develop product managers

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years in people leadership
• Proven track record shipping consumer technology products
• Strong data-driven decision-making and user-centric mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with mobile and web platforms
