Mixtiles creates beautiful, simple-to-use photo displays that bring memories to life. We are looking for a Creative Lead based in Tel-Aviv to guide visual storytelling and design across our product and brand.

Role Overview

As a Creative Lead at Mixtiles, you will shape creative direction, lead the design team, and collaborate with product and marketing to deliver compelling user experiences that align with our brand.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the creative strategy, brand identity, and design systems.
Lead, mentor, and scale the design team; oversee end-to-end concept development from idea to delivery.
Partner with product, engineering, and marketing to ensure high-quality, user-centered design.
Contribute to marketing campaigns, product visuals, and content across channels.
Establish processes for feedback, review, and iteration; advocate for usability and accessibility.

Requirements

Proven experience leading design teams and delivering cross-platform design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand and product design.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup.
Based in Tel-Aviv or willing to relocate.
