- 7+ years in Management Consulting or Professional Services at B2B SaaS; strong BD and delivery track record.
- Partner with Sales on large enterprise deals; advise on complex requirements beyond onboarding.
- Technical expertise in data/analytics; hands-on Digital Analytics and Product Analytics; knowledge of CDPs and data architecture.
- Strong executive presence; run workshops with executives and deliver digestible outputs.
- Experience building practice areas and repeatable offerings.
- Experience with program and change management for enterprise transformations and SaaS adoption.
