• Lead day-to-day execution across supply chain, logistics, and demand planning.
• Partner with pharmacy sites for project mgmt and cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure plans are implemented effectively; escalate risks as needed.
• Maintain compliance, service levels, and cost discipline across locations.
• Oversee inventory, vendor relations, and reverse logistics.
• Provide hands-on support and site readiness for audits.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years in operations, supply chain, and logistics in multi-location pharmacy.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused with hands-on site support.
