• Lead, mentor, and grow engineers across multiple agile teams.

• Partner with Product, QA, DevOps to plan releases.
• Ensure delivery within Agile and CI/CD; track risk with metrics.
• Participate in sprint reviews and release readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software development; 3+ years in management.
• End-to-end SDLC leadership for enterprise or SaaS products.
• Experience managing agile delivery teams in fast-paced product env.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Core Technologies: Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs.
• Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL; schema design and tuning.
• Build & Dependency: Maven, Gradle, Artifactory/Nexus, Snyk.
• Containers & Apps: Tomcat, WebLogic, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Messaging & Integration: Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS, REST gateways.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, automated deployments.
• Testing & Security: JUnit, Mockito, OWASP, OAuth2, SAML, JWT.
• Observability & Performance: profiling tools and memory tuning.
• Documentation & Collaboration: Confluence, Jira, Swagger/OpenAPI.
