Own and develop satellite ops procedures (commissioning, nominal ops, contingency)
Lead engineering response to anomalies; drive them to closure
Rotate on-call for 24/7 mission ops center
Develop on-board and ground-based autonomy
Collaborate with ground software team as user and requirements owner for ops tools
Contribute to launch and commissioning campaigns, including ConOps development

🎯 Requirements

0-2 years experience (excluding internships)
Python scripting
Telemetry analysis and anomaly investigation
Basic understanding of satellite subsystems (hardware/software)
Strong cross-functional communicator
Highly motivated, self-starting, autonomous
