Mission Manager

📋 Description

• Primary government customer contact; manage status briefings and milestone reviews.
• Ensure all program deliverables—docs, schedules, and reports—are on time.
• Align on government expectations and translate into actionable activities.
• Develop program schedule, milestones, and WBS with engineering leads.
• Track progress against cost, schedule, and performance baselines.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings across engineering, logistics, safety, security, and ops.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Eng; Master’s preferred.
• 5–10 years managing complex technical programs in aerospace/defense/R&D.
• Direct experience delivering government-contract deliverables.
• Strong PM practices: execution, risk, scheduling, budgeting.
• Familiarity with propulsion test infra or aerospace systems integration.
• MS Project, Jira, Confluence; US citizen with TS clearance.
