🎯 Requirements

- Experience with DevSecOps, CD, and User-Centered Design.
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams.
- Skilled in expectation management across different personas.
- Familiarity with federal contracts, procurement vehicles, and budgets.
- Ability to understand architectural decisions and explain to stakeholders.
