📋 Description

• Lead design, coordination, and execution of hackathon events.
• Primary contact for government mission heroes, partners, and vendors.
• Own full lifecycle of each event from planning to execution.
• Manage prime contractor relationships, ensuring compliance and performance.
• Coordinate logistics, timelines, and deliverables across staff and stakeholders.
• Translate mission goals into actionable event plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder programs or events in government.
• Experience as a prime contractor, managing subcontractors and compliance.
• Ability to coordinate across government, industry, and subcontractors simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, creative mindset with track record of building new solutions.
• Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally OCONUS.
