Lead development phases from proposal through test, flight, and on-orbit operations.
Ensure contractual deliverables on-time; translate mission needs into criteria.
Interface with customers at reviews to define requirements and test plans.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure end-to-end mission success.
Support all program phases and educate customers on designs and methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering.
2+ years in aerospace/space industry.
2+ years technical PM and system-level engineering.
Experience with product design, development, integration, and/or test.
Master’s degree in engineering.
Must obtain Top Secret clearance; DoD checks; travel up to 25%.
