🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in engineering, physics, or science discipline
- 2+ years in aerospace, space, and/or defense
- Experience with communications payloads, user terminals, or satcom integration
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- 3+ years leading integration of hardware/software into government systems
- 3+ years managing technical teams

- Pay ranges: Level I $95,000-$115,000; Level II $110,000-$130,000 per year
