🎯 Requirements

5+ years of leadership with operational and financial accountability.
10+ years in industrial mechanical systems, HVACR, cooling towers, or related field ops.
Strong mechanical knowledge of cooling tower systems and HVAC.
Proven ability to lead field teams and scale service operations.
Experience growing recurring maintenance and service contracts.
Certifications such as OSHA 30, CMRP, or water treatment credentials preferred.
