• You will translate complex workflows into clear product requirements.
• You’ll partner with Product Managers to shape PRDs and scope.
• You will define acceptance criteria aligned with real user needs.
• You will run end-to-end scenarios and surface usability gaps early.
• You will review features before release to ensure real-world correctness.
• You will shape workflows and information architecture for the domain.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on experience in cyber ops or equivalent field.
• Strong credibility with practitioners and trusted judgment in high-stakes work.
• Experience translating complex workflows into product requirements or user stories.
• Helped shape user-facing tools, workflows, or interfaces in real operational environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical, operational, exec audiences.
• Experience cross-functional with Product and Engineering teams.
