Mission Analyst - Long Beach, CA (Contractor)

📋 Description

• Drive test vehicles on long-distance missions (up to 400 miles) and multi-day trips.
• Perform daily start-up, engagement, disengagement, and shutdown for development vehicles.
• Execute testing following strict safety and compliance protocols.
• Represent the organization professionally while driving in public environments, prioritizing safety.
• Demonstrate expertise across development stages from early testing to mature systems.
• Deliver coaching and support to team members to improve performance.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with two years' experience; Associate/Bachelor’s preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving-record requirements.
• Ability to pass ten-panel drug screen and background checks.
• Technical proficiency with computers; knowledge of terminal commands and GitHub.
• Proficient with Jira, Slack, and work-management tools.
• Strong troubleshooting across software and hardware; reliable and proactive.
