Operate on rotating schedules, including night shifts.
Perform daily start-up, engagement, and shutdown procedures for development vehicles.
Monitor and troubleshoot software and hardware systems on the road.
Execute testing per strict safety and compliance protocols.
Maintain accurate and detailed reports on vehicle performance.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or GED; 0–2 years in vehicle testing; Associate/Bachelor preferred
Valid driver's license; meet Latitude's MVR requirements
Pass ten-panel drug screen and criminal background checks
0–2 years in vehicle testing/validation or development shop support
Comfortable with long hours driving; professional and focused
Technical proficiency with computers: terminal commands and GitHub
Proficient in vehicle diagnostics and data logging tools (OBD, CAN)
Nice to have: experience in technical driving or fleet operations
