📋 Description

  • Build and execute partner strategy in FR, DE, UK, IT, ES.
  • Recruit, qualify, onboard, enable partners (inbound/outbound).
  • Orchestrate live partner portfolio: lead gen, co-selling, pipeline, ACV.
  • Launch and scale partner marketing: webinars, events, sponsorships, content.
  • Collaborate with Sales EMEA and Tech/App Store on integrations.
  • Operate with Mirakl stack: Salesforce, Outreach, standard tooling; PRM planned.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in sales/partnerships with partner-led growth.
  • Experience across commerce ecosystems: platforms, SIs, agencies, ISVs, connectors.
  • End-to-end partner motion: hunting, enablement, co-selling governance.
  • Strong sales craft: negotiation, deal acceleration, joint pipeline management.
  • Fluent in English and French; German a strong plus.
  • Startup mindset: fast execution, ownership, autonomy, agility.
