🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in sales/partnerships with partner-led growth.
- Experience across commerce ecosystems: platforms, SIs, agencies, ISVs, connectors.
- End-to-end partner motion: hunting, enablement, co-selling governance.
- Strong sales craft: negotiation, deal acceleration, joint pipeline management.
- Fluent in English and French; German a strong plus.
- Startup mindset: fast execution, ownership, autonomy, agility.
