The Social Media Editor creates high-performing, scroll-stopping short-form content for Mindvalley’s social channels — including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X — with occasional long-form edits when needed.
This role blends storytelling, creativity, and platform intelligence to craft content that captures attention, communicates authentic brand narratives, and drives organic growth. You’ll collaborate with strategists, designers, and social media managers to transform raw footage into content that inspires, educates, and converts — with an emphasis on speed, creativity, and performance over heavy post-production.
You’re a social native with an editor’s eye and a strategist’s brain — someone who understands not just how to cut videos, but why people stop, watch, and share. You can distill a 60-minute talk into a 60-second story that lands emotionally and performs algorithmically.
You’ll also be continuously exploring AI tools and new solutions to enhance creativity and streamline workflow efficiency.
We provide world-class training to new employees at Mindvalley — this role will be given the opportunity to complete the Mindvalley Social Media Master Course upon joining to ensure you have all the tools to succeed here.
As Mindvalley continues to scale, this role will be central in defining the voice, visual rhythm, and impact of our social storytelling.
