About the Role

As the Team Manager for the Product Marketing, you will be a major contributor to driving customer acquisition through innovative marketing strategies and cross-functional collaboration. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team focused on designing and executing campaigns that convert prospects into loyal customers. This role demands a balance of creative problem-solving, and analytical rigor to optimize acquisition funnels and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Acquisition Strategies: Collaborate with Senior Growth Manager and implement innovative product marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and align with company goals.

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of marketers, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented, and growth-focused culture.

  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end development of marketing initiatives, including playing an integral role in the campaign planning, content creation, channel optimization, and performance tracking.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly and effectively with Product, Design, Data, and other marketing teams to align acquisition efforts with product launches, promotions, and overall marketing objectives.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Work with relevant teams to analyze funnel performance and customer insights to refine strategies, optimize conversion rates, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the company’s acquisition strategies innovative and effective.

Technical Competencies:

  • Proven expertise in performance marketing, funnel optimization, and growth strategies.

  • Strong understanding of key acquisition channels, including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and SEO.

  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.

  • Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and leveraging customer data to inform marketing decisions.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to ensure timely and efficient campaign execution.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities to address challenges in dynamic and competitive markets.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate strategies and results to stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.

  • A growth mindset, focused on continuous learning and improvement.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and funnel optimization

  • A track record of success in developing and executing growth marketing strategies that have significantly increased engagement.

  • Experience leading and developing a team in a remote or global setting.

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and marketing principles.
