🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering; 5+ years leading teams (50+ engineers).
- Deep payments/fintech expertise with payments systems, PSP integrations, or embedded finance.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-quarter technical initiatives across distributed teams.
- Experience managing engineering teams across time zones (US + India or similar).
- Strong understanding of payments domain: card networks, gateways, tokenization, settlement, chargebacks, fraud/risk, and merchant onboarding (KYC/KYB).
- Experience with modern cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, APIs, event-driven systems; PCI-DSS, SOC 2, GDPR familiarity.
