📋 Description

  • Own Mill’s pricing strategy across core products, memberships, and add-ons.
  • Develop and test pricing models, bundles, and offers to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze customer behavior and market trends to inform pricing and monetization.
  • Partner with product, finance, and marketing to align pricing with launches and campaigns.
  • Build frameworks for pricing experiments, measurement, and optimization.
  • Define success metrics and report on performance, uptake, and revenue impacts.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management, pricing strategy, or growth analytics.
  • Ideally experience in consumer hardware, DTC, or subscriptions.
  • Analytical and creative—build pricing models and bundles.
  • Think in systems; pricing impacts acquisition, retention, and value.
  • Comfortable digging into data and communicating insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across product, finance, and marketing to align roadmaps.

🎁 Benefits

  • Estimated base salary: $190k–$215k.
  • Hybrid role: in-office 2 days/week in San Bruno.
