Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse; provide personal care and companionship.
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
Provide light housekeeping, meals, and household tasks to support independence.
Support range of motion exercises and transfers; assist with ambulation.
Provide medication reminders and monitor client health as directed.
Travel to clients’ homes within assigned counties (Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Cumberland, Salem).

🎯 Requirements

Minimum one year home health care experience.
Current HHA license in good standing with the board.
Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
