Follow nurse-approved plan of care to provide personal care and companionship.
Assist with activities of daily living and household tasks.
Support clients to stay safe and independent at home.
Travel to clients' homes within assigned counties (Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Cumberland, Salem).
Participate in training and team meetings to improve care quality.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum one year work experience in home health or patient care.
Current HHA license listed in good standing with the board (CHHA preferred).
Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
Compassion, empathy, patience, and respect.
Excellent communication and reliability.
