Migrations Manager

📋 Description

• Own multiple client data and EMR migrations from kickoff to go-live with on-time launches.
• Primary contact for clients during migration; set expectations and lead kickoff calls.
• Build and manage migration project plans; track dependencies and risks; remove blockers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data transfer and launch readiness.
• Identify and escalate risks early; drive timely resolution.
• Oversee QA of migration outputs to ensure data accuracy and readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• End-to-end ownership of migrations from kickoff to go-live.
• Structure to complexity; build clear timelines and scalable processes.
• Confident client communication; set expectations.
• Collaborates across teams without formal authority.
• 3+ years in PM, implementation, onboarding, or client ops.
• Comfortable managing multiple client projects; EST/CST preferred.
