📋 Description

  • Contributes to renewal bookings and migration targets
  • Point of contact for perpetual customer accounts in a segment
  • Participates in add-ons and upsell opportunities for renewals
  • Reports on TAR, ACV, renewal add-ons, and opportunities
  • Negotiate with customers and propose effective resolutions
  • Communicates SaaS upgrade use-cases and value proposition

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across orgs and customers
  • Strong organization, multitask, self-start, and independent work in fast-paced env
  • Ability to work with diverse functional areas and build productive relationships
  • Knowledge of automation, analytics, and general office technology
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
