📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
• Maintain clear logs for people and property.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors.
• Monitor cameras and patrol to deter theft and ensure safety.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; record incident data.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to commute to multiple sites in Carlisle and Middletown, PA.
• Meet physical requirements (lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, weather).
• Open availability for all shifts.
