📋 Description

• Build and grow a portfolio of Middle Market clients up to $500M revenue via proactive relationship development.
• Identify strategic prospects and deepen relationships with tailored financial solutions.
• Partner with product experts and internal teams to present comprehensive banking solutions.
• Engage in on-site client meetings to build trust and strengthen partnerships.
• Negotiate loan terms, structure credit facilities, and prepare credit analyses.
• Monitor credit quality via daily portfolio oversight and regulatory compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, or Computer Science.
• 6+ years in commercial credit, lending, analysis, or business development.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
