🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience designing digital products in product-led environments.
- Comfortable owning features or medium-scope product areas end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility.
- Proficiency creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes with Figma and AI tools.
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers.
- Define clear problem statements using research, data, and stakeholder input.
