Mid-Market Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• You research, explore and identify customer business problems.
• Own the technical win and drive the technical deal forward.
• Understand product integrations and MCP servers.
• Lead demos articulating the value of Box solutions.
• Serve as technical quarterback coordinating the extended team.
• Show strong business acumen and communicate Box value.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 year degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or tech consulting.
• AI-curious and technically fluent; comfortable with LLMs and prompts.
• Strong presentation skills; build trust across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to learn, understand and explain complex concepts.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, REST, OAuth, JSON and Python/JS is a plus.
