📋 Description

  • Lead the APAC mid-market sales team to acquire new customers.
  • Based in Seoul, drive revenue and oversee sales motions in region.
  • Coach and mentor the team on business acumen and sales methods.
  • Manage performance and communicate actions up and down the org.
  • Develop segments and execute the mid-market strategy for APAC.
  • Create reports and presentations for Payoneer leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years revenue quota carrying direct sales or related roles in Payments/SaaS.
  • At least 2 years people management in a customer-facing environment.
  • Experience with SMB segment is a plus.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM, BI, and technology tools (e.g., Salesforce, Office).
  • Independent, ownership mindset; able to execute start to finish.
