  • Lead a remote team of four Sales Account Executives in Mid-Market (1,000โ€“4,999 lives)

  • Prospect, present, and close deals; manage full sales cycle
  • Build trusted relationships with brokers; drive market education events

  • Conduct weekly 1:1s with team and VP to review performance and pipeline

  • 7โ€“10 years in Sales/BD/Partnerships with closing Mid-Market healthcare deals
  • Leadership experience coaching AEs in a high-growth environment
  • Full-cycle sales expertise from lead gen to contract closing
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Motivated and resilient; strategist and practitioner mix
  • Proficient with HubSpot CRM and Google Suite
