  • 5+ years as an individual contributor in quota-carrying outbound sales before management.
  • Strong MEDDPICC fluency; coach reps through complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Proven ability to manage performance with structured coaching and tough conversations.
  • Located in Germany, able to travel within the DACH region.
