- Experience managing deals with average size of $10K+
- Success in a fast paced, consultative sales environment
- Experience selling to Plant Managers, Quality Managers, Operations Leaders, Manufacturing Engineers, or Directors/VPs of Operations
- Experience with MES/PLM/industrial software; Bachelor\'s preferred or Associate/Technical degrees
