  • Strong Enterprise/Mid-Market CS or Strategic Account Mgmt with C-level stakeholders.
  • Direct experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Excellent project management skills handling multiple high-priority initiatives.
  • Excellent communicator with ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Willingness to get hands dirty and deliver practical solutions.
  • Interest in the social care sector and mission to help home care agencies work smarter.
