  • Proactively manage a mid-market book of Iterable customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities to ensure retention and expansion.

🎯 Requirements

  • Own the customer experience from onboarding through expansion.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable presenting complex information to executives.
  • Strong ability to understand technical concepts and problem-solve.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Experience with APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
