Mid-Market CSM is an individual contributor in the Customer Experience organization focused on delivering value and a high-quality experience.

  • Develops trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Resolves, escalates, and manages challenging client requests.
  • Assesses customer needs, identifies requirements, and plans adoption of the Fleetworthy program for mutual benefit.
  • Schedules and runs regular customer business reviews to set objectives and optimize the program.
  • Continuously seeks improvements to boost customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with marketing and sales on campaigns and customer reviews.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications
  • 2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation
  • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent problem solving and relationship-building
  • Comfortable working autonomously and cross-functionally
