  • Develops trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Resolves, escalates, and manages resolution of challenging client requests.
  • Assesses customer needs and develops plans to improve adoption of Fleetworthy.
  • Analyzes client data to prepare reports and implement action plans.
  • Schedules customer reviews to set objectives and identify shortfalls.
  • Collaborates with marketing and sales to brainstorm campaigns and collect reviews.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or related field
  • 2+ years in Customer Success or similar client-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Planhat or Gainsight preferred
  • Comfortable working autonomously and cross-functionally to solve client issues
