Resolves, escalates, and manages resolution of challenging client requests.
Assesses customer needs and develops plans to improve adoption of Fleetworthy.
Analyzes client data to prepare reports and implement action plans.
Schedules customer reviews to set objectives and identify shortfalls.
Collaborates with marketing and sales to brainstorm campaigns and collect reviews.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or related field
2+ years in Customer Success or similar client-facing role
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Planhat or Gainsight preferred
Comfortable working autonomously and cross-functionally to solve client issues
