🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role in B2B SaaS.
  • Post-sales lifecycle management experience with 50-100 accounts.
  • Excellent prioritization for high-touch and tech-touch strategies.
  • Terrific presentation skills and strong written/spoken communication.
  • Ability to leverage data to meet customer and internal goals.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and collaborative in a fast-moving environment.
