🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in SaaS Customer Success
  • Manage a large book of business and decide where to go deep vs one-to-many
  • Comfortable leading webinars, trainings, or virtual office hours
  • Read usage dashboards and fix low adoption trends with a prescriptive plan
  • Enjoy building MM playbooks in an evolving environment
  • Collaborate with Account Managers or Sales counterparts
