Mid Market Customer Activation Manager | Bill Pay Specialist

📋 Description

• Become expert in Ramp Bill Pay & Procurement, incl integrations.
• Own ~100 Mid-Market expansion opportunities; onboard in 90 days.
• Understand AP/procurement workflows; tailor communications.
• Develop account strategies to drive adoption; maintain SFDC notes.
• Identify blockers; partner with Product/Engineering for solutions.
• Use AI tools to streamline workflows and prepare for 1:1s.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer success, account mgmt, implementations, technical consulting, or product ops (B2B).
• Experience with Bill Pay, AP, or accounting implementations.
• Experience with accounting systems: NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, ERP/AP.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering to troubleshoot.
• Desire to become a product expert; understand Ramp's why.
• Curiosity; problem-solving; troubleshoot complex issues.
• Proven track record of quota attainment.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and position solutions.
• Comfort using AI tools to streamline workflows.
• High adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
