📋 Description

  • Own a portfolio of Mid-Market NOAM accounts; drive renewals and expansion.
  • Translate Iterable’s AI-powered cross-channel capabilities into measurable value.
  • Lead end-to-end commercial conversations: negotiation, pricing, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with Success, Deliverability, Solutions Consulting, and Finance to ensure seamless customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • SaaS experience in sales, account management, or recurring revenue roles.
  • 3+ years selling into existing customers; renewals; mid-market experience preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain Iterable’s capabilities to varied audiences.
  • Map complex organizations, understand reporting lines, and identify new commercial entry points.
  • Excellent discovery and ability to convert insights into value and opportunities.
  • Multi-thread across marketing, data, product, and leadership; trusted advisor.
